Kids Use Social Media To Help The Community ~ Montgomery County, Maryland
Kids in Montgomery County, Maryland are getting a lesson on social media marketing.
They’ve created a blog to promote their Box Tops For Education program. They believe that with a combination of community support and attention to their blog, they will collect 1,000 Box Tops.
Some of the schools in Montgomery County have collected as few as 1,600 box tops.
The Box Top Kids want to show Montgomery County that they can use both on and offline marketing to gain attention for the box top program. The Box Top Kids have solicited the support of local and national businesses to both help collect box tops and spread the word. Once a company agrees to support the program, they are supplied with a collection box.
